Children grow out of good things
long before the things wear out.
PoshKosh exists for that gap. A marketplace where premium pre-loved kids’ clothing, gear and specialty items find a second family — described honestly, priced fairly, and sold with almost all of the money going to the parent who looked after them.
What we sell, and what we don't
Ages 0–8, and nothing else. Clothing, shoes and accessories; strollers, carriers and travel gear; sleep and nursery; feeding and pumps; toys and books. Focusing on one span of childhood is what lets us be useful: filters that actually match how children are sized, price guidance that knows what a 3T Hanna Andersson dress really sells for, and buyers who are all shopping for the same few years of life.
We don’t take recalled items, car seats past their expiry, drop-side cribs, or anything that can’t be safely resold. If it wouldn’t be handed to a friend, it doesn’t belong here.
Four honest condition grades
Every listing carries exactly one of these, and sellers are asked to describe any flaws in their own words. Honest grading is the whole product — it’s what makes buying something you can’t touch reasonable.
Never worn. Original tags still attached.
Worn once or twice. No visible wear, stains, or pilling.
Gently used. Minor signs of wear but no damage.
Visible wear. Great for everyday play, not gifting.
Fees and payouts
A $24 dress: the buyer pays $24.00 plus $1.00 processing. The seller receives $21.60. PoshKosh keeps $2.40, and pays for the shipping label out of it.
Buyer protection
Tell us within three days of delivery and we’ll look at the listing, the photos and what arrived. If the two don’t match, you get your money back and we pay for the return label. Card details are typed on the payment provider’s own page and never touch PoshKosh, so there is no card number here to lose.
Photos that sell

- Daylight, near a window, no flash.
- Plain background — a bed sheet is perfect.
- One photo of the whole item, flat and uncreased.
- One of the label, so the size and brand are provable.
- One of any flaw, however small. It prevents every dispute.
