Answers to the usual questions
Payouts run every Friday for everything that sold and shipped in the previous week. You keep 90% of the sale price — the 10% commission is the only fee we charge.
Tell us within three days of delivery. We compare the listing against what arrived, and if they don't match you get a full refund and we pay the return label.
PoshKosh does. Standard shipping is included in every price the buyer sees, and it is never deducted from a seller's payout.
No. Car seats, recalled items and drop-side cribs can't be listed — there's no safe way for us to verify their history.
Buyers can offer on any listing where the seller left offers switched on. Sellers get an email and can accept or decline from their dashboard; most accept within 15% of the asking price.
